Is the Billy Marlin range available in stores?
At this stage, we are only selling online.

If I don’t wish to buy online, can you send me a catalogue? What is an e-catalogue?
An e-catalogue is an electronic catalogue that can be emailed to you or downloaded from the website. We can even arrange to have one sent to you on a disk.

Some people aren’t able to or don’t wish to purchase online. We don’t provide paper based catalogues (trying to do our small bit for the environment) so have created the electronic catalogue. The catalogue is in pdf format and includes an order page which can be mail to us. It gives you the choice of paying by credit card or money order.

Do you accept orders from outside of Australia, and can I order a gift to be sent overseas?
We will accept orders from outside of Australia. However, you will need to email us before placing your order online so we can give you an indication of shipping costs.

We can also send items overseas, as part of our gift service. Once again, please email us with your destination details so shipping costs can be determined.

We use Australia Post to ship our orders. Just a note – we would be happy to wrap and send gift orders overseas for Xmas presents, but please please please give us (and Australia Post) plenty of time before Xmas to process your orders.

Why can’t I get a back order on the shirt I want?
We mostly do smallish runs of any featured fabric. This is due to several reasons. One being our desire to keep the products unique, and the other is due to the fact that at times, we can only source limited metres of fabric.

If a particular style of shirt has sold out, it is possible to place a back order and we will endeavor to find that particular print. However, as many of our fabrics aren’t purchased through a large distributor, this may not always be possible.

Do you make clothes for girls?
At this stage, we are only designing shirts for boys but think we will develop a girls range in the near future. So watch this space!

Can I get an exchange or refund on a purchase?
We hope you will be as passionate about our shirts as we are. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange your item or provide a full refund, less postage cost. For your convenience, we include a merchandise return label with your order. Please use this label if you need to return goods to the Marlin Bay Clothing Co.
